Please be informed that the bunker price in 2018 is significantly higher that what has been expected and last week reached a level of Usd 441/Ton, the highest since 2014.
As from mid and last week of may we received several “last minute” notifications that the lines will implement an Emergency Bunker Surcharge or “EBS” as per the 1st of June 2018 on both new and existing shipments.
